**Job Overview:** As a Measure Technician/Construction Supervisor Apprentice, you will play a vital role in the construction process, ensuring that projects are executed accurately and efficiently. This apprenticeship is designed to provide hands-on training in both measurement and supervision aspects of window, door, and siding replacement projects. You will work closely with experienced technicians and supervisors to learn the essential skills required to excel in the field.

**Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in measuring and scope of work confirmation for window/door/siding projects, including precise window and door sizing, spec confirmations, remodeling scope confirmations and adjustments as needed per job to ensure accurate orders and job completions.

- Interact with customers and excel at communication and customer service and satisfaction.

- Collaborate with various trades and team members to ensure project specifications are met.

- Support the Production Manager in managing daily project operations, adhering to schedules and budgets.

- Monitor worksite safety and enforce compliance with safety regulations and construction best practices.

- Help maintain project documentation, including reports, measurements, and change orders. - Participate in site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are upheld.

- Obtain knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to construction, window, door, and siding installations.

- Assist in the training and onboarding of new apprentices and team members as needed.

**Qualifications:** - High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in construction, engineering, or a related field is a plus.

- Familiarity with Microsoft office, email, smartphone, iPad usage.

- Basic understanding of construction processes and methodologies.

- Strong mathematical skills and ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
