What you bring to the table
As a Project Management Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple facets of construction while supporting your project team. This is a developmental role designed to provide exposure to both field and project management responsibilities, with mentorship from experienced leaders.
You will assist with:
  • Understanding construction drawings, specifications, and overall project documentation
  • Supporting the maintenance of submittal logs, RFIs, meeting minutes, and as-built drawings
  • Reviewing and tracking shop drawings and submittals
  • Assisting with procurement, subcontractor coordination, and identifying scope gaps
  • Supporting change order pricing and documentation
  • Utilizing project management software for tracking and reporting
  • Assisting with project closeout and punch list processes
  • Upholding OSHA and Beck safety standards on-site
  • Collaborating with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to support project success

A strong candidate will:

  • Familiarity with tools like Excel, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software is preferred but not required
