Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team. In this role, you will work independently on a wide range of residential and commercial plumbing projects, supervise apprentices, and deliver the high-quality service our customers depend on. Key Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, drains, sewers, water heaters, and gas lines
  • Diagnose plumbing issues and execute effective, code-compliant solutions
  • Work independently on residential and commercial job sites with minimal supervision
  • Supervise and guide apprentice plumbers on assigned projects
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety standards
  • Communicate clearly with customers and provide upfront pricing estimates
  • Respond to emergency service calls as needed, including evenings and weekends
  • Maintain accurate job records including work performed, parts used, and time on site
  • Coordinate with dispatchers and Master Plumbers to ensure timely project completion

Qualifications

  • Active Journeyman Plumber license in the state of employment (required)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of plumbing experience, including completion of a recognized apprenticeship program
