Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Journeyman Plumber to diagnose residential plumbing issues and present clear repair and replacement options to homeowners. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who values quality workmanship, customer service, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do
  • Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues

  • Perform routine maintenance and service calls

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems

  • Read blueprints and ensure all work meets local code requirements

  • Communicate findings, solutions, and pricing clearly with homeowners

  • Present repair and replacement options in a professional, consultative manner

  • Complete job documentation, invoicing, and payments using ServiceTitan

  • Collect payments and close out service calls accurately

  • Guide or oversee apprentices as needed

  • Attend weekly team and training meetings

What You’ll Bring
  • Current Journeyman Plumber License

  • Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot, repair, and install residential plumbing systems

  • Excellent communication and customerservice skills
