YOUR NEW ROLE AS AN EXPERIENCED PLUMBING APPRENTICE
This is a full-time position with typical weekday hours. As an Experienced Plumbing Apprentice, you will also have the opportunity for weekend availability, and be part of an on-call rotation to respond to emergency situations as needed.
As an Experienced Plumbing Apprentice, each day will present opportunities to expand your expertise alongside seasoned professionals. You will be actively involved in diverse residential and commercial projects, applying and refining your skills in the installation and repair of various plumbing components such as valves, fixtures, and different types of piping including metal, PVC, and PEX. You will develop your understanding of blueprints, enabling you to plan pipe system layouts with precision for both installations and repairs. Furthermore, you will gain practical experience in performing building rough-ins according to exact specifications. Utilizing tools like mainline machines, snakes, jetters, and camera equipment will become a regular part of your routine as you diagnose and resolve challenging drain issues.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Idaho plumber apprentice card or Washington plumber trainee card
  • Knowledge about current Universal Plumbing Codes (UPC)
  • Familiarity with all relevant techniques and tools
  • Ability to respond to emergency on-call situations
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
