Join a growing commercial plumbing contractor with a strong pipeline of projects across the Twin Cities metro. This is a long-term opportunity for plumbers who want consistent, year-round employment, career advancement, and the chance to grow into leadership or journeyman-level roles.

Position Overview

As a Commercial Plumber, you will install plumbing systems on new construction projects throughout the Twin Cities metro area. You'll work alongside experienced professionals in a safety-focused environment while building schools, apartments, healthcare facilities, industrial buildings, and other commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, assemble, and repair commercial plumbing and piping systems according to project specifications and code requirements.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layout plans.
  • Measure, cut, fit, and install pipe, valves, fixtures, and related plumbing components.
  • Work with a variety of piping materials and plumbing systems.
  • Safely operate hand and power tools.
  • Collaborate with project teams to maintain quality standards and meet construction schedules.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and jobsite requirements.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of commercial or new construction plumbing experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.

Work Environment

Projects are located throughout the Twin Cities metro area. Typical hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, with overtime available based on project needs. Work is performed on active commercial construction sites and may include indoor and outdoor conditions, lifting, climbing ladders or lifts, and working with plumbing materials and equipment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
