We are seeking energetic and passionate Reformer Pilates Instructors/Apprentices to join our growing team at Pilates My Way (PMW).

In this role, you will lead engaging, safe, and effective reformer classes designed to help clients build strength, improve mobility, and develop greater body awareness through intentional movement. You will play a key role in creating a supportive, motivating, and results-driven environment that reflects the PMW experience.

This is a paid opportunity to be part of a boutique studio focused on precision, control, and client connection, working with a diverse community of individuals committed to their wellness journey.

  • Lead group reformer classes while ensuring proper technique, alignment, and safety for all participants
  • Deliver well-structured, intentional workouts that accommodate varying skill levels and fitness goals
  • Demonstrate exercises clearly and provide appropriate modifications and progressions
  • Educate clients on movement, body awareness, and proper form to enhance their overall experience
  • Foster a positive, professional, and welcoming class environment
  • Monitor client progress and provide constructive feedback to support improvement
  • Collaborate with team members to support studio programming, events, and client engagement initiatives

  • Strong knowledge of reformer/mat Pilates exercises, principles, and equipment
  • Understanding of anatomy, body mechanics, and safe movement practices
  • Experience teaching group fitness, Pilates, or related disciplines preferred
  • Ability to program and deliver classes for a range of fitness levels
  • Excellent communication and cueing skills
