JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking to hire a Cable Installer to support our Voice Communication and Technologies division.

WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO

  • Pull, route, and terminate CAT 5e and CAT 6 cable onto jacks and patch panels
  • Terminate phone jacks and dressing and terminating distribution frames (66 or 110 blocks, patch panels)
  • Install support structures (ladders, racks, j-hooks)
  • Install wiring for a variety of systems including, but not limited to, Access Control, Overhead Paging, Voice/Data Networks, and Security.
  • Maintain a clean work environment
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of cabling experience
  • Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and positive attitude
  • Ability to take direction and be self-motivated
  • High School diploma or equivalent
