Mechanical Engineering and Construction Corp. (MEC2) is an established and well-respected engineering, construction, and HVAC Service firm with offices located in Maryland and Virginia. The company provides comprehensive mechanical solutions and HVAC maintenance strategies for our commercial, industrial, institutional, and government clients.
Our HVAC Service Department is currently seeking an experienced commercial HVAC service technician to handle commercial accounts predominantly in the DC / VA metropolitan area and surrounding counties. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing service, repair, and maintenance and will have a high level of proficiency in troubleshooting on a wide variety of commercial HVAC equipment and systems such as:
  • Packaged HVAC units (VAV and constant volume, capacities up to 100 tons)
  • Split systems
  • Heat pumps
  • Datacenter Cooling Units (Liebert, Stulz, etc.)
  • Natatorium dehumidification units (PoolPak, Dektron, etc.)
  • VAV / VVT systems
  • VRF systems (Daikin, Mitsubishi, etc.)
  • Central Plant Equipment (Boilers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, etc.)
