Candidates should possess strong tools-in-hand capability, solid installation knowledge, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to production under the direction of a licensed Journeyman or Working Foreman.

This is not an entry-level apprenticeship role. This position is designed for developing electricians who perform at a high production level in commercial construction environments while continuing to grow within the trade. This is a long-term traveling opportunity within a performance-driven organization focused on safety, execution, and accountability.

  • Read and interpret blueprints and electrical layouts with minimal oversight

Field Support & Professional Standards

  • Work directly under licensed Journeymen and Foremen to support daily field execution
  • Maintain organized work areas and material control
  • Follow all OSHA, company, and site-specific safety requirements
  • Adhere to lock-out/tag-out procedures and NFPA-70E safety standards

Qualifications

  • Experience in heavy commercial environments, including ground-up construction preferred
  • Active Apprentice license required
  • Demonstrated experience in conduit installation (EMT, rigid, PVC), feeder pulls, lighting systems, and commercial power distribution components
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, one-lines, and specifications with minimal supervision
  • Ability to pass background screening and pre-employment drug testing to meet company policy
  • Must provide two valid forms of U.S. Government Issued identification for employment eligibility
  • Candidates may be required to complete skill verification or field-based competency assessments to confirm experience level and qualification for this role.

Travel Requirements

  • This is a nationwide traveling position requiring up to 85% travel throughout the year
  • Candidates must be able to commit to extended out-of-town assignments based on project schedules; return home opportunities may occur depending on project timing and coordination with field leadership
  • Reliable personal transportation is required to travel to assigned project locations. Company transportation to and from job sites is not provided.

This role is NOT suitable for candidates seeking local, home-state, or short-term work only.

  • When assigned to travel, employees receive weekly per diem, mileage reimbursement (as applicable), and compensated travel time
  • Initial orientation and training will take place in Fort Worth, TX (required)
