JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Common Task Skills are Floor Framing (wood), Wall Framing (wood), Roof Framing (wood), Interior Trim & Casework, Exterior Siding & Trim, Hollow Metal Frames/Doors & Hardware, Metal Stud Framing, Concrete Forming, & Scaffold Erecting. 
  • Work according to and ensure others work according to the Project Blueprint specifications when applicable. 
  • Knowledge of common construction processes for residential and commercial properties, as well as the methods used to carry out these tasks. 
  • Knowledge of tools & equipment to be operated and used to perform common construction tasks. 
  • Specialization in specific task skills and desire to learn other common construction tasks. 
  • Actively participate in accident/incident investigations. 
  • Follow all OSHA, EPA and ODH policies and procedures. 
  • Follow all company and site-specific safety and health program policies. 
  • High School Diploma 
  • 4 years’ experience as an apprentice carpenter or carpenter 
  • OSHA 10 
  • Equipment training as it relates to carpenter job title
  • A valid driver’s license is required for this role. For some locations or clients, a REAL ID-compliant license may be necessary to gain access to secure facilities. If you do not currently have a REAL ID, we encourage you to apply—we can assist with next steps.
