This role typically involves more advanced, hands-on training under the supervision of experienced professionals, allowing the apprentice to develop greater competence in their trade or field. Apprentice II positions are common in industries like construction, manufacturing, and skilled trades, and may include additional classroom instruction along with on-the-job experience.
