Hillside Heating & A/C, Inc. – Riverside, CA

Established commercial HVAC contractor seeking an experienced installer to join our growing team. We specialize in retrofit replacement work, equipment change-outs, duct modifications, rooftop units, split systems, and tenant improvement projects.

We are looking for a dependable technician who can install professionally, solve field issues, and help keep projects moving efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Install commercial rooftop units, split systems, heat pumps, and related equipment
  • Perform equipment change-outs and retrofit replacements
  • Ductwork modifications, transitions, and curb adaptors
  • Read plans and field conditions
  • Coordinate with crane lifts, deliveries, and crews
  • Maintain clean and safe jobsites
  • Communicate professionally with office staff and customers
  • Help train apprentices and mid-level installers
  • Consistent commercial work with experienced support staff

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years HVAC install experience
  • Valid driver’s license
