We are seeking an Apprentice HVAC Technician who possesses outstanding customer service skills, consultative selling abilities, and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with people. As an HVAC Apprentice, you will embark on a rewarding journey to learn the ins and outs of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) industry. We are dedicated to fostering your growth and providing a comprehensive training program that will set you on the path to becoming a skilled HVAC professional.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer-Centric Approach: Prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service. Learn to assess and address HVAC needs to meet customer expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside experienced HVAC technicians to gain hands-on experience. Participate in a collaborative environment to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • training and Development: Engage in both classroom and practical training sessions to acquire technical expertise. Accumulate necessary hours and experience to pursue HVAC Installers and HVAC Service Technicians licenses.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Requires a minimum of 1.5 years of HVAC experience, up to 2 years preferred.
  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent. Enrollment in or completion of a recognized HVAC program is a plus.
