Are you passionate about technology and enjoy solving problems? America's CAR-MART, Inc. is looking for an Help Desk Support Specialist 1 to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills while supporting and maintaining critical infrastructure components that help drive our business.

Key Responsibilities:
With guidance and support, you'll:

  • Apply your knowledge in three or more of the following areas:
    • PC setup and troubleshooting
    • Networking
    • Software deployment
    • Security systems (alarms and DVRs)
    • Shoretel phone systems
    • IP phone technology
    • Virtual Machine (VM) environments
  • Participate in team projects to improve and enhance our systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, mission, vision, and ethical standards.
  • Complete daily tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
