Job description

Build a Career in the Countertop Industry
We are a growing countertop manufacturing and installation company seeking a motivated Installer Helper / Apprentice to join our team full-time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Previous installation or construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Responsibilities
  • Assist the Lead Installer with countertop installations
  • Load, unload, transport, and handle materials safely
  • Use hand and power tools correctly and safely
  • Help maintain clean and organized job sites
  • Ensure installations are completed professionally and efficiently
  • Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers
Qualifications
  • Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 75 lbs
  • Comfortable working with hand and power tools
  • Construction, cabinetry, millwork, remodeling, or installation experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
Compensation & Benefits
  • $15-$18 per hour, based on experience
