Jenkins Plumbing Company, LC is seeking a dependable and motivated Plumbing Helper to assist plumbing crews with residential plumbing projects. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the plumbing trade while working alongside experienced plumbers in a fast-paced environment.
Position Summary
The Plumbing Helper assists plumbers and field supervisors with residential plumbing installations, repairs, and daily job site operations. This position supports the team by helping maintain tools, materials, and job site cleanliness while learning the plumbing trade and company processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist plumbers with residential plumbing installations and repairs
  • Help load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites
  • Assist with rough-in, top-out, and trim phases of residential plumbing projects
  • Dig trenches, cut pipe, and help prepare work areas as needed
  • Deliver materials and supplies to job sites when necessary
  • Follow company safety procedures and job site expectations
  • Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors
  • Support warehouse and field operations as needed
  • Learn plumbing systems, tools, and installation processes through hands-on training

Qualifications
