Primary Purpose:
Follow routine operation work procedures to maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness and efficiency of building operations and grounds.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
  • Class C License
  • Pass criminal history and background check

Special Knowledge/ Skills:
  • Be able to operate all buildings & grounds equipment, have cement finishing skills, have knowledge of fencing, know techniques of underground drainage.

Experience:
  • Background in required skills

Major Responsibilities and Duties:
  1. Assist and instruct other crew members in specific job related duties assigned
  2. Have a working knowledge of fencing, concrete work and underground drainage
  3. Be responsible for buildings & grounds equipment
