About the Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled Graphic Production Artist to join our in-house team. This position requires a professional who understands the full production process from file setup to final print output, ensuring every project meets the highest quality standards. You’ll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to bring creative concepts to life across various print and digital materials.
Key Responsibilities

  • Review customer work orders and project briefs to understand requirements and deliverables.
  • Prepare accurate print-ready files for digital sheet-fed presses, signage, and various paper stocks.
  • Manage production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of all projects.
  • Present concepts and proofs to clients, incorporating feedback to produce final designs.
  • Maintain consistency across branded materials and ensure files meet print specifications.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support production workflow and troubleshoot prepress issues.
Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital sheet-fed printing company (required).
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite — particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
  • Proven ability to prepare accurate, print-ready files for various substrates and formats.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, color accuracy, and layout precision.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information
