A Day in the Life:

The Graphic Production Artist will be responsible for adapting, resizing and producing high volumes of marketing collateral, advertising and brand promotional materials. Deliver consistent quality and brand accuracy across a large volumes of adaptations, ensure files are production-ready and aligned to established creative direction.

The Impact You'll Make:
  • Adapt and resize existing creative into on-brand formats based on established design concepts and brand guidelines.
  • Manage and execute high-volume creative production requests, efficiently producing, updating, and formatting marketing and communication materials while ensuring accuracy, brand compliance, consistency of design elements, and adherence to project timelines and production specifications
  • Work closely with art directors, designers, copywriters, and other creative team members to implement creative direction and ensure design integrity throughout the production process.
  • Prepare, revise, and finalize production-ready files while maintaining brand consistency, quality standards, and compliance with technical specifications across multiple 
    formats and channels.
  • Manage multiple concurrent production requests, effectively prioritizing workload and balancing competing deadlines to ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule while maintaining quality and brand standards.
  • Clearly communicate production requirements, technical specifications, project status updates, and timelines within 
    the creative team, proactively identifying potential issues and coordinating solutions to ensure projects remain on schedule and meet quality standards
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's Degree in the field of Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic production, graphic design, creative services, marketing communications
  • 3+ years of experience in a large consumer, lifestyle brand
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), with strong attention to file setup and specs
