What You'll Do

  • Lead residential plumbing installation projects while ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
  • Install residential water, gas, and DWV piping systems
  • Install and troubleshoot plumbing fixtures, water heaters, water purification systems, and related equipment
  • Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and company standards
  • Train, mentor, and support team members
  • Communicate with homeowners to explain installation options and recommend solutions that best meet their needs
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment

What We're Looking For

  • Valid Journeyman Plumbing License or current ABC Apprenticeship
  • Previous residential plumbing installation experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to lead and work collaboratively with a team
  • Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and applicable plumbing codes
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • OSHA 10 Certification and Cross Connection Control Assembly Tester certification are a plus

  • Typical hours are 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
