Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling to build a robust client portfolio.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Policy Recommendations: Analyze clients insurance requirements and recommend appropriate coverage options, including life, health, property, and casualty insurance.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in regulations to provide informed advice to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters and other team members to ensure effective policy implementation and client satisfaction.

Requirements
