Become a Key Player as a Manufacturing Engineering Technician III
You will help improve manufacturing capabilities and fabrication processes to support production growth and new product introductions. You will partner with the operations, maintenance, and supply chain teams to design, build, and maintain production tools and equipment. This is an onsite role on 1st shift (M–F; multiple start times listed) focused on hands-on engineering and fabrication work.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Select, build, fabricate, and order parts and tooling from concept through completion
- Create, upgrade, monitor, and maintain complex production tools, equipment, and limited infrastructure
- Develop new engineering solutions to improve manufacture of new and existing products
- Use existing procedures to diagnose and solve standard problems; analyze information to make judgments
- Participate in manufacturing and development work for new and existing products
- Create and improve processes, equipment, and tooling to impact operational growth
- Support facilities and equipment maintenance functions as needed
- Work within standardized procedures, requirements, and safety policies to meet objectives and deadlines
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; may work nights, weekends, variable schedules, or additional hours as necessary
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- Advanced fabrication and assembly skills, including MIG/TIG welding, sheet metal, pneumatic systems, and test equipment
- Advanced knowledge of industrial systems: electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, and high-pressure compressed gas
- Ability to identify problems, formulate solutions, and execute them independently
- Highly motivated with the ability to create and maintain project timelines, priorities, and goals
- Able to read, follow, and create documents, schematics, and blueprints
- Excellent systematic, disciplined, and analytical problem-solving skills
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience (Non-Negotiable)
