HVAC Installation Apprentice / Parts Runner / Extra Help – Entry Level | $16-22 / hour | Paid Weekly

What we expect from you:

• 1+ year of HVAC experience OR recent trade school graduate looking to build a career

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

• Ability to assist with HVAC installations and follow directions from lead installers

• Help stage jobs and ensure materials and equipment are ready

• Maintain clean, organized job sites and trucks

• Pick up and deliver parts and equipment to job sites

• Assist with loading, unloading, and securing materials

• Help organize warehouse, trucks, and inventory

• Ride along with service technicians to assist with cleanings and basic maintenance

• Maintain professional and respectful communication with customers and team

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Willingness to learn diagnostics, installs, and overall HVAC fundamentals
