  • Systems Architecture: Lead the development of comprehensive electrical designs, including power distribution, interior/exterior lighting, and advanced lighting controls.
  • Technical Integration: Engineer integrated low-voltage solutions, encompassing fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and telecommunications.
  • Advanced Engineering Analysis: Execute rigorous load analysis, short circuit studies, voltage drop calculations, and equipment sizing to ensure peak system performance.
  • Project Stewardship: Navigate projects from conceptual design through construction administration, ensuring all technical documentation and specifications meet the highest industry standards.
  • Multidisciplinary Coordination: Serve as a technical liaison between architects, clients, and internal mechanical/plumbing teams to deliver unified, high-performance building solutions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Interpret and apply complex building codes and standards to ensure all designs are fully compliant and functionally superior.
  • BIM & Digital Delivery: Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to produce high-fidelity models and construction documents, driving innovation in digital project delivery.
  • Technical Mentorship: Share expertise and guide the development of junior engineering staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE or BSAE).
  • Experience: 3+ years of professional electrical design experience specifically within the building systems/MEP sector.
  • Software Proficiency: Expert command of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
  • Technical Mastery: Proven ability to design power, lighting, and fire alarm systems for diverse building types.
