The Apprentice Technician Role

We’re looking for an Apprentice Technician who is eager to learn and interested in building a long term career in automotive repair. This entry level role supports experienced technicians while gaining hands on experience, learning shop procedures, and developing foundational skills. The Apprentice Technician plays an important role in supporting daily shop operations while preparing to grow into a General Service or Production Technician position over time.
Requirements and Responsibilities
  • Assist experienced technicians with daily tasks and basic services as training allows
  • Support shop workflow by preparing bays, moving vehicles, and delivering parts
  • Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
