Job description

Patrick Allen Companies is seeking a full-time Technician Apprentice in Gulfport, MS. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the commercial overhead door industry while working alongside skilled technicians. Our benefits include:

YOUR ROLE:

Each day begins at our central location, where you will meet with your team before heading to assigned job sites. Under the guidance of experienced technicians, you will learn the fundamentals of commercial overhead door installation, maintenance, and repair. You will assist in installing hardware, controls, and safety devices, ensuring doors function properly and safely. Additionally, you will participate in routine maintenance checks and troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve system issues.

YOUR SCHEDULE AS A TECHNICIAN APPRENTICE

This is a full-time entry-level position, with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Employees report to a central location before traveling to job sites.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A TECHNICIAN APPRENTICE

  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to learn

Basic hand tool experience is preferred.

Must be at least 21 years old to meet company insurance requirements.
