Job description

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Rotate in departments related to the trade to complete 8000 on-the-job training hours and successfully complete related classroom instruction specific to the trade
  • Work closely with a Mechanic in conducting preventative and corrective maintenance of the building, machinery and equipment
  • Completes work-orders in a timely and efficient manner under the supervision of a journeyperson, attends classes as required for apprenticeship, and troubleshoots equipment
  • Requires a highly motivated individual who is willing to learn and apply acquired skills
  • Overtime as well as weekend and holiday work hours are required
Your Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Mechanical and/or Electrical aptitude and knowledge
  • Hands-on learner
  • Enthusiastic about their career in skilled trades
