Job Description We are seeking an EHS Coordinator to perform highly complex technical work within environmental health and safety and to support engineering change activities for HP PageWide Web Press systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in EHS processes, product data and change management, and a proven ability to work independently to resolve complex problems and drive accurate, traceable documentation. Responsibilities: Perform highly complex technical EHS work independently, including safety engineering tasks. Implement complex field work orders and frequently determine methods and procedures for new assignments. Handle intake for reported injuries, illnesses, and ergonomic complaints, including managing calls and contracts. Coordinate logistics for key meetings and prepare supporting documents. Develop PowerPoint presentations for managers under limited supervision. Act as a team member and lead teams as needed; may supervise activities of non-exempt employees. Support engineering and change management with part and BOM management using a PDM system. Coordinate ordering, tracking, and logistics of engineering parts and materials. Execute assigned portions of change processes and progress changes through approved workflows. Ensure change records and product data are complete, accurate, audit-ready, and traceable. Coordinate cross-functional inputs from engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to advance changes. Track change progress and follow up with stakeholders for timely completion. Support impact analysis by identifying affected parts, BOMs, and documentation. Create and maintain part configurations and system structures per defined requirements. Classify and manage standard parts to enable reuse and efficient search in the PDM system. Identify and escalate data issues, delays, or risks related to engineering changes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Associate degree strongly preferred, or equivalent combination of education and related experience. 6+ years of experience in EHS or a specialized related area with independent problem-solving. Excellent understanding of general EHS processes and local legal requirements for work sites. Experience with BOMs, product structures, and engineering documentation. Familiarity with product data management systems; ability to manage parts and changes in a PDM tool. Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and writing skills; ability to communicate across engineering and management levels. Excellent teamwork and team-leading skills; ability to act independently on moderately complex tasks. Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and standard office tools. Preferred Skills: Experience supporting engineering change processes such as change requests and change notices. Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or new product introduction environments.
