The Opportunity – Apprentice Electrician

We are seeking a motivated, detail oriented team member to join us as an Apprentice Electrician.

In this role, you will support lead electricians on commercial and residential job sites. Your focus will be completing tasks with excellence, staying safe, and continuing to grow in the trade.

We enroll our apprentices in a 4 year apprenticeship program through the IEC, providing a structured path to develop your skills both in the field and in the classroom.


Apprentice Electrician Responsibilities

  • Assist lead electricians on job sites
  • Run wire, install conduit, and rough in outlets and switches
  • Support material handling and job site setup
  • Follow safety procedures at all times
  • Read basic plans and take direction from supervisors
  • Maintain tools and keep work areas clean and organized
  • Communicate clearly with team members
  • Continue learning and developing in the trade

Apprentice Electrician Qualifications

  • Basic electrical knowledge or experience preferred
  • Ability to work with hands and perform physical tasks
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Basic tools appropriate for your level
  • Comfortable using basic technology for communication
