Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific M&E Engineering systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Ventilation and Specialist Systems, whilst liaising with professional teams. Providing specialist engineering expertise via the analysis of the detailed design in conjunction with various stakeholders.

You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Coordinating MEP design delivery, resolving technical issues and managing programme, safety, quality and cost for assigned systems.
  • Collaborating with subcontractors and stakeholders, managing interfaces and maintaining strong client and design relationships.
  • Identifying risks, implement mitigation and drive modern methods of construction, digital adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Applying Mace standards and support netzero objectives through proactive carbon management.

You'll Need To Have:

  • Completed technical apprenticeship with relevant BTEC/HNC and valid CSCS/SMSTS certifications.
  • Strong mechanical engineering expertise with working knowledge of electrical systems.
  • Proficient in construction sequencing, commercial control, planning and safe delivery.
  • Skilled in QA, commissioning, digital engineering and modern construction methods.

The estimated salary for this position is $ 130,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
