Job Summary:
Contribute to the Enrollment team's overall digital content strategy, including identifying needs and proposing solutions. Utilize and leverage digital solutions like mobile apps, social media platforms, virtual event platforms, and CRM tools to engage with prospective students throughout the student recruitment lifecycle. Duties will include content management strategy, managing social media apps & platforms to leverage enrollment, monitoring social activity, and creative collaboration with the Enrollment team and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Strategy & Creation: Develop engaging social media content calendars, research trends, and craft compelling captions and scripts that resonate with prospective students.
  • Video Production: Conceptualize and create engaging video content, including a series of Q&As featuring the campus community and athletics highlights.
  • On-Camera Presence: Be a confident and engaging on-camera personality, representing Maryville University with authenticity and enthusiasm.
  • Community Management: Oversee live events within our digital engagement platform (ZeeMee), fostering interaction and addressing prospective student inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Influencer Management: Lead and mentor a team of student influencers, empowering them to share their Maryville experiences and perspectives.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor social media performance metrics, identify trends, and generate reports to inform future content strategy and optimize engagement.

Position Pay: $16.25/hr
