Secure a dependable Monday-Friday daytime routine, starting pay at $19/hr with massive built-in overtime, and an outstanding path to master heavy cranes and yard rigs!
Description for Heavy Equipment Operator:
  • Learn to safely configure, calibrate, and operate high-capacity material handling cranes.
  • Train to run a variety of heavy equipment (loaders, forklifts, etc.) to load and unload mill products.
  • Stage raw material inventories seamlessly across active processing bays and shipping lanes.
  • Execute routine pre-shift equipment safety logs and maintain extreme situational awareness.
  • Perform general cleanup around the machinery areas to preserve a hazard-free facility layout.

Details for Heavy Equipment Operator:
  • Pay Rate: $19.00 / hour to start.
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (10.5-hour shifts with great overtime pay).
