This role offers an opportunity to work in a family-owned fabrication shop that produces a wide range of custom products, including event and retail displays, handrails, small precision parts, stock trailers, and rotational molds. You will focus on day-shift fabrication work, building products for a specific customer while performing welding, fitting, and general metal fabrication tasks. The position is ideal for someone with custom shop experience who enjoys working on diverse projects in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a smaller shop environment with fewer than ten people, fostering close teamwork and a supportive atmosphere. The schedule is a day shift from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. The dress code is casual, with work boots required due to the hands-on nature of the work. As a job shop, the workload and types of projects vary, so you will need to be flexible and comfortable switching between different tasks and products. You will work with welding equipment, fabrication tools, cranes, rigging equipment, and a press brake, gaining experience across a range of machines and processes.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
