What You’ll Do
As a Lead Field Service Technician, you will:
  • Diagnose airflow and dryer vent system issues
  • Perform specialized dryer vent and airflow system cleaning
  • Identify fire hazards, restrictions, and improper vent configurations
  • Perform vent rerouting, repairs, and system modifications
  • Operate professional rotary cleaning systems and technical equipment
  • Work in residential homes, condos, apartment communities, and commercial properties
  • Communicate professionally with customers and property managers
  • Document work using company software and photos
  • Lead and manage job execution in the field

This role combines technical field service, diagnostics, customer interaction, mechanical work, and problem-solving.
