The Sprinkler Apprentice assists in the installation of fire sprinkler systems. The Sprinkler Apprentice works under direct supervision and assists with basic tasks while learning industry standards, safety procedures, and company protocols.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist technicians with installation of fire sprinkler systems.
  • Use hand tools and equipment under direct supervision.
  • Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Observe and learn proper installation techniques.
  • Support documentation and reporting processes as directed.
  • Work collaboratively with team members on active job sites.
  • Perform tasks as directed and does not independently perform jobs.
  • Travel to job sites as required.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Education/Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • No minimum experience required.
  • Must be able to follow instructions and work under direct supervision.
  • Must have a clean driving record and active driver's license (if driving is required).

Other Duties:
  • Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
  • Performs other duties assigned by management.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various environments.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
  • Work performed in commercial, industrial, and construction environments.
  • Exposure to varying conditions including heights, confined spaces, and active job sites.

Pay Range:
  • $18.00 - $21.00 hourly DOE
