We are expanding our CM Practice and seeking experienced (5-10 years) Construction Professionals. Candidates will have minimum of ten years of construction related experience with specific experience in one or more building trades including electrical systems, signals, mechanical, and plumbing.

Candidate must have excellent communication, technical writing and team support skills as well as familiarity with state construction and fire codes and Construction methods. This is a growth opportunity for the right professional. Candidate must be a self and highly motivated hands on constriction pro capable of evaluating existing conditions, report on findings and able to recommend solutions.

Salary is based upon candidate’s qualifications and experience.

· Minimum of two year degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent experience such as serving a full apprenticeship and recognition as a journeyman/tradesman

· A demonstrated capability for written and oral communication.

· OSHA 10 Hour Construction Safety Course Certification.

· Must have a valid driver license and clean MVR.
