Skip the career fair interviews and step onto our skills course to show contractors your attitude and hustle. Our contractor partners are ready to hire and offer excellent pay and benefits, including a pension, retirement annuity account, and healthcare.


No experience? No sweat. A tuition-free NMRCC apprenticeship will give you the training you need to succeed in the construction industry. Participation is open to union members and non-members who would like to work in the union skilled trades.
