Job Description

PROCON is seeking to fill a full-time Carpenter position with a qualified individual possessing a minimum of 5+ years of experience.

PROCON's Carpenters perform commercial carpentry on multiple types of commercial projects. The carpenter will be on projects from foundations to finish work. Carpenters are responsible for being quality-focused, taking ownership of their work, and being versatile in their abilities. Candidates should require minimal supervision and provide a quality product while working at a productive rate. Carpenters are responsible for maintaining a clean job site and will communicate regularly with customers, subcontractors, co-workers, and anyone else on-site professionally.

Our job sites are in NH and Greater Boston and must be willing to travel when needed

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of commercial carpentry experience
  • Experience with framing, concrete, rails, drywall, rough carpentry, and finish work.
  • Ability to read architectural plans and specifications is a plus
  • 10 Hour OSHA Certification preferred
  • High integrity with sound ethical judgment
  • Takes ownership and follows through on responsibilities
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset and resilient attitude
  • Works well in teams with strong communication skills
  • Open to innovation and continuous improvement
  • Strong commitment to safety and proactive risk awareness
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Willing to travel to job sites throughout New England and the Tri-State area when needed
  • Provide your own tools which include (Screw guns, Sawzall, Skill Saw, 4" grinder, Power Miter saw, Extension cords, and various hand tools including hammer, utility knife, snips, and chalk line)
