Blue Mountain Bathrooms is looking to connect with experienced 1099 bathroom installation crews who can support the company's growing project volume. This role is ideal for a professional crew that takes pride in clean work, reliable communication, and high-quality installation. Key Responsibilities:

• Complete bathroom remodeling installations according to agreed project specifications and customer expectations
• Install shower systems, tub-to-shower conversions, fixtures, accessories, and related bathroom components
• Complete projects within agreed schedules and scope requirements
• Maintain clean, respectful, and organized job sites
• Communicate clearly with the Blue Mountain Bathrooms team and homeowners
• Identify and report project issues or field conditions promptly
• Deliver high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail
• Maintain professional conduct while working in customers' homes
• Support the company's reputation for dependable service and lasting results

Qualifications:

• Experience with bathroom remodeling, shower installation, tub-to-shower conversions, or related residential remodeling work
• Ability to work as an independent 1099 crew -
• Strong craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation, tools, and equipment required
• Ability to follow project scopes and communicate clearly
• Professional appearance and respectful customer-service mindset
• Must be dependable, organized, and able to complete projects on schedule
• Licensed and insured preferred or required, depending on the scope of work
• Experience working in occupied homes is strongly preferred

Pay and Benefits:
