Role Description

We are seeking motivated candidates to join our expanding team:


1. Experienced Lash Artist

As an Experienced Lash Artist, you will perform classic, volume, and hybrid lash extension applications with precision and care. You will conduct thorough client consultations, recommend customized styles, and maintain high standards of sanitation, safety, and client satisfaction.


2. Lash Apprentice / Trainee

No prior experience required! We offer comprehensive on-the-job training for individuals passionate about starting a career in the beauty industry. Apprentice scholarship opportunities are available for qualified candidates.


Qualifications

- For Experienced Lash Artist: 1+ year of hands-on lash extension experience; Valid California Cosmetology or Esthetician License / Lash Certification required.

- For Apprentice: No experience required, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.

- Strong communication, customer service, and time-management skills.

- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment.
