Position Summary

The Field Service Development Representative is responsible for generating service revenue opportunities through outbound prospecting, customer engagement, appointment setting, service marketing campaigns, and quote initiation.

This role connects customers, Field Service Technicians, CSR Management, and Accounting to ensure service needs are identified, documented, quoted, and processed efficiently.

Marketing & Mailing Campaigns

  • Execute postcard mailings, promotional campaigns, and service reminders
  • Track responses and convert into appointments
  • Maintain targeted customer lists

Appointment Setting

  • Schedule service appointments
  • Qualify customer needs
  • Gather service and equipment details

Quote Initiation & Coordination

  • Initiate quotes using preset pricing structure
  • Coordinate with Field Service Technicians for scope validation
  • Update quote details based on technician input
  • Route to CSR Manager → Accounting for processing
  • Follow up on approvals and outcomes

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain 100% CRM accuracy
  • Track all leads, appointments, quotes, and follow-ups
