Home Health Account Executive / Sales Representative:
We are a newly launched home healthcare franchise in need of business development/sales support to aid in securing clients from our large territory in Northwest Gwinnett County.
 
We seek an aggressive individual to support our territory growth by building referral pipelines with physicians, case managers, and discharge planners.
This role will focus on business development, educating hospital discharge planners, building B2B referral networks, and presenting our home care service capabilities.  
This role dictates a background in strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a deep understanding of patient needs, discharge planning, and the healthcare system. Patient assessment experience is a plus! 
We will keep the right person busy on a weekly basis! This will transition to a full-time role in the near future.
The role will require virtual outreach for appointment setting and in-person visits to secure clients.
You will need to come into our office in Duluth occasionally as needed. You must reside in metro Atlanta for consideration for this job!
To start, we pay a flat fee for milestones achieved (i.e. Milestone # 1 - obtain 1 client, Milestone # 2 - obtain 3 clients, etc.) via tracking metrics (patient volume, referral conversion). 
We pay a $250 signing bonus!
