Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Location: Tennessee
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide remote therapy services in a full-time telehealth setting. This position focuses on helping clients address mental health concerns through regular counseling sessions, clinical assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing therapeutic support. The work is practical, client-centered, and rooted in helping people function better in their daily lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct scheduled therapy sessions through a secure telehealth system
  • Assess client concerns, symptoms, and treatment needs
  • Create and update individualized treatment plans
  • Document session notes and other required clinical records
  • Maintain a consistent caseload and manage appointments professionally
  • Provide counseling interventions that support progress and stability

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
  • Active Tennessee LPC license in good standing
