What you'll do:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for home services clients
  • Book service appointments accurately using ServiceTitan or similar CRM
  • Follow up on unbooked leads and convert callbacks into confirmed jobs
  • De-escalate customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Coordinate with dispatch to ensure scheduling accuracy
  • Document call notes with clear, technician-friendly detail

What we're looking for:

  • 1+ years in customer service, dispatching, or booking for home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical strongly preferred)
  • Experience with ServiceTitan, HousecallPro, or similar field service CRM
  • Confident phone presence — you're comfortable handling high-volume calls and difficult customers
  • Strong computer skills — you can navigate multiple systems quickly
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup
  • Available Monday–Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM EST (weekend availability a plus)

Nice to have:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Experience with Dialpad, RingCentral, or similar phone systems
  • Familiarity with membership programs and upselling
