Pay Starting At: 0 - 1 years of experience - $15/hr
1 - 2 years of experience - $19/hr
2+ years of expereience - $22/hr

The Setter Support role assists with the preparation and cleanup of route setting zones. They strip walls, clean holds, organize materials, and maintain safe and efficient work areas. This position plays a key role in supporting the route setting team's daily operations.
Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain safe work exclusion zones
  • Follow all CRG safety protocols
  • Strip assigned routes and boulders
  • Clean holds, organize hardware, and maintain tidy setting zones
  • Sort and store bolts, screws, and start tags
  • Assist with wall preparation and teardown as directed
