Hydrate HQ is growing — and we’re looking for a motivated, people-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team!

This is a part-time (25–30 hours/week) hybrid remote opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with others, setting appointments, and helping drive business success. You’ll have flexibility, a supportive team, and strong earning potential with commissions and bonuses.

What You’ll Do

  • Build relationships with new and potential business clients using our premium ZoomInfo database.
  • Make 150+ outbound calls daily to introduce Hydrate HQ’s services and set appointments for our field sales team.
  • Achieve a minimum of 3 qualified sales appointments per day.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic, success-driven sales team.
  • Spend limited in-office time weekly (in the greater Cincinnati area) to handle light admin duties and receive deliveries.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of telemarketing, cold calling, or outbound B2B sales experience.
  • A go-getter with strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by results and incentives..
  • Comfortable working a flexible 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM EST schedule.
