Description:

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to operate our labeling solutions using state-of-the-art semi and fully automated equipment. The ideal candidate must be a quick learner who can manage job flows while ensuring that the application of labels meets our rigorous quality standards. You will be using equipment to apply labels and sometimes may require manual label applying.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Setup & Calibration: Configure automated labeling machines for different container sizes and label types.
  • Production Oversight: Manage the end-to-end labeling process for multiple jobs, ensuring deadlines are met and repacked to ship out.
  • Quality Excellence: Perform constant visual inspections to ensure automated application remains "perfect" and centered throughout the entire run.
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Quickly learn the nuances of the equipment to clear jams or adjust sensors as needed. Keep the equipment and work areas clean.

Requirements:

  • Ability to rapidly learn and operate automated machinery.
  • A "perfectionist" mindset with an extreme eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage shifting priorities and multiple jobs and maintaining job orders.
