Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to manage, oversee, and execute data collection, verification, and analysis projects that support the efficient operation of court programs. This key role will focus on developing, implementing, and managing court data systems, emphasizing process automation and data infrastructure.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Plan, execute, and supervise data collection and analysis efforts to manage court programs and operations.
  • Take a leading role in the development and administration of court data management systems, including data warehouses, research databases, and software applications.
  • Drive process automation efforts and data system development to optimize operations and reporting.
  • Lead and collaborate on data management projects, serving both as a team member and leader, depending on the project's needs.
  • Supervise staff in implementing and maintaining data systems, applications, and associated hardware.
  • Work with court committees, clerks of court, state agencies, the Legislature, and the public to ensure the accurate collection of data and provide timely responses to data requests.
  • Provide ongoing internal support to data collection operations and assist staff researchers in their work.

Education and Training Guidelines

Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, research methodology, mathematics, or a closely related field.
Experience

Additional relevant education may substitute for the recommended experience on a year-for-year basis, excluding supervisory experience.
Four years of related experience, including experience in applied statistical research or statistical analysis.
