Position Summary

  • The End User Computing (EUC) Manager is responsible for the strategy, delivery, and operational excellence of all end-user devices and services, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and virtual endpoint technologies. This role leads the teams and platforms that enable a secure, reliable, and high-quality computing experience for employees across the organization.
  • Manages teams responsible for cloud computing, automation, operations, maintenance, and support of OSUWMC end-user computing environment.
  • Provides supportive leadership for product release planning, design, development, operational readiness, and support led by the digital experience product team.
  • Serves as a technical leader overseeing all Windows, MAC, iOS operating systems support, maintenance and upgrades across all managed devices.
  • Coordinates initiatives across multiple departments, service lines, platforms, and administrative interfaces related to endpoint device management including desktops, laptops, WOWs, iPhones, iPads.
  • Support and development of existing and new delivery tools in Altiris, WorkSpace One, SCCM with a migration strategy to Microsoft InTune.
  • Leads high-risk, high-impact projects, evaluates new and existing technologies, and aligns IT strategy with evolving business needs.
  • Recognized organization-wide as a subject matter expert and a key resource for resolving the most complex initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
